「悟る」という本当の意味を学ぶ　/The meaning of awareness

日曜日に開催されたお勉強会で、「悟り」について学ばせていただきました。

なんだか、「悟り」と聞くと、難しいとか、特別なことのように思えていましたが、

実はとってもシンプルで、ごくごく身近なことだったのだな～と、新しい発見がありました。

難しく考えてしまう原因についても学ばせていただきました。

つい、テレビや雑誌などのメディアで言われていることを鵜呑みにしてしまいがちですが、

本当のことを知ると、とても安心する感覚がありました。

 

ヨーガに生きる先生のお話を、対面して生でお聴きできる機会あってこそ、

得られる納得感や安心感だと思います。

ここでは書ききれないほどの学びをいただきました。

 

音楽も、ＣＤなどで聴くよりも、実際にライブ会場やコンサートホールなどで生演奏を聴いた方が、

より音楽の波動を体感でき、経験として刻まれていきますよね。

ヨーガのお話も同じだと思います。

先生の発するエネルギーと、語られる真理を生でたくさん浴びて、自分の経験の積み重ねをしていく。

そうすると、今すぐ理解できなくても、その小さな積み重ねから智慧を体得できるようになるそうです。

 

実際、先日いつものお教室と別の場所でもヨーガのお話を聞かせていただく機会があり、

そこでも今まで学ばせていただいたことがリンクし、感動を覚えました。

この経験は、少人数で、先生と近い距離で学べるこのお教室ならではの賜物だと思います。

経験に勝るものはないですね。

 

I learnt what the “awareness” was at the yoga seminar on Sunday held by Samatwa Yog I regularly study at.

I used to think “awareness” seemed to be very difficult and special, however, I realized it was very simple.

We learnt the reason why we tend to think about things complicatedly.

I tend to receive information told on TV, magazines or other media as it is, but once I knew a truth,

I felt being convinced and relieved.

Those feelings and experiences are made by the opportunities to listen to a yogini teacher who lives for yoga in person.

This space is not enough to share what I learnt.

 

Let’s say about music. Listening to live music at live venues or concert halls brings us much vibes, energy and experiences than listening to a CD.

I think it is same as listening to yogic lectures.

We  increase our experiences by listening to the yogini teacher’s vibes, energy and yogic teachings.

Even if we cannot understand the teachings right away, if we keep learning by experiences,

that gives us achievement.

 

I had an opportunity to learn yogic philosophy at other temple the other day and I realized the truth was only one.

Everything I heard at Samatwa Yog was linked to I heard on that day.

This satisfaction and the experience were made by leaning from the yogini teacher in person in a small group at our yoga school.

 

Nothing means but experience.
